Tray Usage Method

Mar 02, 2024

The correct use of pallets should include packaging the goods stacked on the pallets and adding appropriate bundling and wrapping to facilitate mechanical loading, unloading, and transportation, thus meeting the requirements of loading, unloading, transportation, and storage.
Load capacity mass
The load capacity of each pallet should be less than or equal to 2 tons. To ensure safety during transportation, the height of the center of gravity of the loaded goods should not exceed two-thirds of the width of the pallet.
Encoding method
Reasonably determine the stacking method of goods on the pallet based on the type of goods, the quality of the goods carried on the pallet, and the size of the pallet. The utilization rate of the carrying surface area of the tray should generally not be less than 80%. There are the following requirements for palletizing goods:
1. Hard rectangular goods such as wooden, paper, and metal containers are stacked in a single or multiple layered staggered manner, and packaged with stretch or shrink film;
2. Single layer or multi-layer stacking of paper or fiber goods, sealed with cross ties.
3. Sealed metal containers and other cylindrical goods are stacked in single or multiple layers, with wooden cargo covers reinforced.
4. Paper products and textile goods that require moisture-proof, waterproof and other protective measures should be stacked in a single or multiple layer staggered manner, with stretch or shrink film packaging to increase corner support, and reinforced structures such as cargo cover partitions;
5. Fragile goods can be stacked in single or multiple layers, with the addition of wooden support partition structures
6. Cylindrical containers like metal bottles or goods are stacked vertically in a single layer, and the cargo frame and Flat noodles reinforcement structure are added;
7. Bag like goods are stacked in multiple layers of staggered compaction.
